Talk about opening the proverbial can of worms.

Given what Daemon had said about MJ, Heather had expected major trouble and predicted the jinni would be a cross between John Goodman in 10 Cloverfield Lane, a truly frightening film, and Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs, an equally troubling movie with no lambs whatsoever.

MJ didn’t resemble either maniac. This was way, way worse and made Heather’s stomach cramp. In the looks department, MJ beat the babe who’d turned Daemon’s head on the street. She was possibly early twenties in human years, her features exotic. Wavy black hair dangled past her waist. In the candlelight, her caramel-colored skin appeared unbelievably rich.

Next to that, Heather’s complexion looked like the undead and was about as appealing. The same went for her figure.

MJ’s curves were decidedly voluptuous. She was at least a C-cup, with lush hips and long legs made for a man’s lust.

When Daemon had advised her to be careful what to wish for, Heather had taken him seriously, though clearly not enough. She should have fled but couldn’t. This was like watching a train wreck.

MJ’s bra and thong, if Heather could call them that, consisted of delicate gold chains that twinkled in the room’s soft glow and barely covered her nipples and mound. Slave bracelets with tiny bells hugged her biceps and ankles.

She stretched, catlike. The way one would when pulled from a satisfying sleep. Her bells tinkled.

Daemon sighed. Thankfully, it sounded more dismayed than aroused.

MJ opened her eyes.

Heather forgot to breathe. Her irises were violet. To say they were stunning didn’t adequately describe them.

MJ offered Daemon a slow, sensuous smile. “Hey, baby.”

The smoke in her voice, its raw sexual allure, was like nothing Heather had ever heard, not even from Satan. Something within her fluttered and her cheeks warmed. If the jinni had such an unexpected effect on her, what must she be doing to Daemon?

He mumbled something vaguely nasty, rather than turned on, and said no more, possibly scared to have it misinterpreted.

Smiling, MJ padded to him and ground her hips against his, her pussy to his shaft.

Heather couldn’t believe such outrageous behavior and in her own home, no less. She bristled.

“Uh-uh.” Daemon backed away from MJ. “How about you stand over there as we talk?” He jabbed his thumb at the kitchen.

She dragged her big toe up his calf.

Heather gritted her teeth so hard they hurt.

“You want to talk?” MJ purred. “You’re ready to get rid of those ugly feet and let me get you some better-looking ones?”

“Okay, that is it. I’m sorry, but it is.” Heather tapped MJ’s shoulder to get her attention. “His feet are more beautiful than Eric’s or anyone else’s, even yours.”

That was saying a lot. MJ’s feet were spectacular, feminine and narrow. She’d painted her toenails a glittery gold.

She took in Heather with mild surprise that said she’d just noticed her. “Hey, there.”

Her voice was even huskier and naked with desire.

Heather clutched her bathrobe to her throat and stepped back.

“Whoa.” Daemon grabbed MJ’s arm to stop her from following.
